Illona is truly one of a kind. She originally helped my husband and I buy our home years ago, and when life took a very unexpected and difficult filled turn, she was the person I trusted to help me sell it. This sale was anything but easy, and Illona was an absolute rockstar through all of it. She knew I was navigating a lot of grief and emotion, and she somehow managed to protect me while still fighting hard for me and keeping everything moving forward. If you’re not using Illona and her team to help you buy or sell you’re not likely getting everything you should in your real estate transactions. We were selling a house out of state and buying one in CO with a crazy amount of pieces that had to work just right and on a tight timeline. Illona was personally involved in every aspect of the process and knew exactly who to talk to and what needed to be done. She was even helpful in getting our out of state sale completed and advising how we could get everything done. Illona saved us a lot of time, expense and served as our trusted advocate throughout.
