Kareem is a very professional hard working realtor! He answered all of my questions by phone/text and email promptly! One day we saw at least 8 home's in one day. It worked out with our timing the house's were close by one another. He knew the house's before we had seen them that was very helpful and informative very knowledgeable realtor we worked with. Kareem is very nice, has a great sense of humor easy to get along with. He is an upbeat person and very friendly we enjoyed working with him. Now that we closed on our house and we moved in he'll be there for future assistance when we need him. We couldn't ask for a better realtor. We're satisfied and happy we moved into our new house, with Kareem being our realtor couldn't have done it without him!! 😃😃😃

Illona has excellent knowledge of the real estate market, specifically in the area where I wanted to buy my house. She was organized and worked diligently in my best interest, regularly updating me. She was available at all times to answer my questions. She exceeded my expectations by overseeing both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home, managing everything from start to closing. I will 100% recommend Illona to anyone who wants to sell their home or buy a new home. She is awesome!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Kareem and his team made the first time home buying process as easy and navigable as possible for me and my husband. Extremely good communication, always on time when we met up, and definitely one of the most reliable realtors I've ever gotten to know through this process. Can not say enough good things here!!!!!
