Meet Kristian
Broker AssociateKristian grew up in Colorado and made many lifelong connections along the way. However, after high school graduation, he joined the U.S. Army and left the state. This unique and life-changing experience gave him the opportunity to use the GI Bill to become the first person in his family to obtain a 4-year college degree. He studied at the University of Redlands in California and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business. After college, Kristian honed in on his true passion, the business of real estate. He quickly got his California license in 2021 and dove into the business headfirst.
Kristian was and still is fascinated by every aspect of real estate. He treasures the adventures real estate has led him on so far and is excited to see where it takes him in the future. In 2022, Kristian returned to Colorado and to all the family and friends he had to leave behind when he joined the Army. In early 2024, he acquired his Colorado real estate license and chose Gerlock Homes as his landing spot to begin his real estate business in his home state.
