Dan D. Gerlock is a Colorado native and has been a licensed real estate agent in the state since 2013. He has learned the trade from his best friend, business partner, and mom, Illona Gerlock. With 20+ years of insight, her teachings have strengthened his knowledge, and allowed him to become one of the top agents in Denver. In 2018, Dan was named one of Coldwell Banker’s 30 Under 30–one of the top 30 brokers under the age of 30 worldwide for Coldwell Banker. In 2023, Dan was named one of Fortune Magazine’s Five Star Real Estate Agents under 40. To date, Dan has sold over $120M worth of homes across 300+ transactions.
