Dan D. Gerlock is a Colorado native, and has been a licensed Real Estate agent in Colorado since 2013. He has learned the trade from his best friend, business partner, and Mom, Illona Gerlock. With 20+ years of insight, her teachings have strengthened his knowledge, and allowed him to become one of the top agents in Denver. 2017 was his best year to date, closing 40 transactions at $13.42 million in production. In 2018, Dan was named one of Coldwell Banker’s 30 Under 30–one of the top 30 brokers under the age of 30 internationally for Coldwell Banker.

The most important aspect of his business is making sure his clients are taken care of and truly protected–that they feel he has served them as if they were close friends or family. Dan is a die hard Broncos fan and overall sports enthusiast. He is a “foodie” and hardly goes a week without eating sushi. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, snowboarding, and family time.
